Sign Up for the Style Easy Education Intermediary Program
As a VA State-Approved Intermediary, we are dedicated to simplifying the process of enrolling in and completing Registered Apprenticeship programs.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you sign up under our program:
What We
Offer
Step 1: Choose Your Apprenticeship Track
We offer apprenticeship opportunities for various beauty industry fields, including:

Cosmetology
-
Barbering
-
Nail Technology
Decide which track best fits your needs or the needs of your staff. Our program includes 144 hours of Related Technical Instruction (RTI), all fully integrated with the Milady CIMA Learning Management System (LMS).
Step 2: Complete the Registration Form

Online Sign-Up: Visit our registration page and complete the form with your personal and salon details. If you’re registering multiple apprentices, please include their information as well. (see form below)
Step 3: Select Your Package
We offer two packages designed to meet different needs:

RTI Only Package ($795)
Includes 144 hours of online theory coursework, plus your State Board kit and mannequin. -
RTI + Intermediary Support Package ($1,395)
Includes everything in the RTI package, plus full support for the VA Works apprenticeship registration and ongoing assistance as you navigate the process.

Step 4: Submit Your Application
Once you've filled out the registration form and selected your package, submit your application. Our team will confirm receipt and provide further instructions on the next steps, including payment options and course start dates.
Step 5: Payment and Confirmation
After submitting your application, you’ll receive an email with a payment link and a virtual or in-person salon visit meeting (your choice). Once your payment is processed, you’ll be officially enrolled in the program, and your apprentices can begin their training immediately!
Step 6: Begin Your Training
Once enrolled, you will gain access to:

Milady CIMA LMS for online course content.

Personalized Support from Style Easy Education.

State Board Preparation Materials for your exam.
You will also be registered as part of the Virginia Works apprenticeship program. Our team will guide you throughout the process to ensure everything is completed correctly and on time.
