Return, Refund & Cancellation Policies

WORKSHOPS, COURSES & CLASS CANCELATION POLICIES
Style Easy operates our workshops, courses, and classes on a scheduled appointment basis. When canceling a workshop, course, or class, we require all customers to provide MORE than 48 hours notice of their planned cancellation. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
If workshops, courses, or classes are not canceled within 48 hours we will charge customers for the full session. All planned material used for the course will be provided to the customer within 5-10 business days after the workshop, course, or class (for example, kits, styling material, and mannequin).
Alternatively, we will offer one free rescheduling of workshops, courses, and classes within 6 months of the missed class. If the class is no longer offered, the fee is forfeited by the attendee.
RETURNS (Kits, Products & Merchandise Only)
Guests have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (Kits, Products & Merchandise Only)
To be eligible for a refund, the guest has to return the product, kit, and/or merchandise within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The items must be in the same condition it was received, undamaged in any way.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Your purchase will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit/debit card statement.
Style Easy, LLC is not responsible for any additional refund delays due to your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
