Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Style Easy Education offers both online RTI programs and scheduled workshops/classes.
The policies below apply separately based on the service purchased.
Related Technical Instruction RTI Courses

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of payment, and before course access is provided, whichever occurs first.

The $100 deposit and $25 administrative fee are non-refundable.

Once online course access has been provided or accessed, all tuition and fees are non-refundable.

All payments made under a payment plan are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for voluntary withdrawal, failure to complete the course, missed payments, or changes in personal circumstances.
Approved Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method. Additional processing time by your bank or payment provider may apply.

Scheduled Workshops, Courses & Classes
Style Easy Education operates workshops, courses, and classes on a scheduled or appointment basis.
This section does not apply to online RTI programs.

The initial deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations must be received more than 48 hours before the scheduled class or appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session, including no-shows, are responsible for the full session fee.

Instead of forfeiting the session, participants may receive one complimentary rescheduling when permitted under the applicable class terms. The rescheduled class must be completed within 6 months of the original date.

If the class is no longer offered or the participant does not reschedule within the 6-month period, all fees paid are forfeited.

When applicable, materials included with a paid workshop, course, or class will be provided within 5–10 business days following the scheduled session.
By submitting payment, customers acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling terms applicable to the service purchased.
RETURNS (Kits, Products & Merchandise Only)
Guests have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (Kits, Products & Merchandise Only)
To be eligible for a refund, the guest has to return the product, kit, and/or merchandise within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The items must be in the same condition it was received, undamaged in any way.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Your purchase will be refunded to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit/debit card statement.
Style Easy, LLC is not responsible for any additional refund delays due to your card issuer's policies.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
